玉米果仁脆片

很好吃的一款零嘴,
那天看到网友post玉米脆饼的照片,好想吃哦。
刚好家里有些玉米片,再到冰箱挖挖看,
找到了些杏仁和腰豆,就快快做了,

做法很容易,跟之前做的一样,
将糖苏粉和全部材料拌一拌,
倒在铺了不沾烤纸的烤盘上,
180度,烤大概10分钟就可以了。


简单又好吃的零嘴。。: )
 




材料:
腰豆 100g 
杏仁 100g
Corn Flakes 50g
糖苏粉 100g


做法:
1. 将腰豆和杏仁切细备用。
2. 将全部材料拌均匀,倒在铺了烤纸的烤盘上,
3. 放进预热烤箱,180度,10分钟。

  1. 看到你这美味的小食,就想到之前孩子买了一包粟米片还没吃完,我也想试一试,不过想问你糖苏粉英文是叫什么?看来你之前分享的照片还是不很清楚。

      据我所知,有好几个牌子,好像不同牌子的名称都不同。。
      你可以去烘培店问问,他们应该知道的。。:)

    This is Mrs Woo, Sorry to disturb you again, Will like to know above ingredients for nuts, are they raw or baked? What can I use to replace German Almond Crisp? I am glad to tell you that I baked Dry longan with Walnuts Muffins yesterday. It is great!! Thumb up.. Thanks for shareing... (o.0)

    Actually there are several different brand, but in fact,almost the SAME ingredient of "German Almond Crisp Powder", maybe u can ask your nearby baking ingredient shop, i think this is quite common..:)
